| Friday 20th January | Taster Day for Registered Pupils for Y7 entry in September- An opportunity to experience a typical day at the School |

| w/c Monday 6th February | Places and scholarships for Y7 entry 2017 offered to successful candidates. Waiting list arranged in rank order for other applicants until places become available. |
| Friday 15th February | Deadline for Y7 Bursary applications NB Full documentary evidence required. |
| Monday 27th February | Y7 Bursary outcomes notified. |
| Wednesday 1st March | Deadline to accept Y7 offers. An acceptance deposit of £500 is required to confirm acceptance. This will be retained if places are subsequently cancelled. |
| Tuesday 20th June | Induction Day. New senior pupils will be placed in their House group and will meet their House Tutor and House Master as well as experiencing lessons. |
| Friday 1st - Sunday 3rd September | Year 7 Team Building weekend in Powys. Two night residential activity weekend at Manor Adventure in Powys. Optional however most pupils attend. Cost will be approximately £175 and must be paid in full by 30th April. |

Sixth Form Open Evening- Brief talks from Faculty Heads, Teachers available to discuss the content and demands of the A level subjects. Tours with current Sixth Form students. |
| Friday 4th November | Deadline for all Sixth Form Scholarship and Bursary applications. Application forms available to download from the website or from the Registrar. |
| Friday 11th November | A Day in the Life of a Sixth Former - An opportunity for Year 11 pupils to gain some insight into life in the Sixth Form. Pupils will choose four subjects to study for the day and will experience Sixth Form dress code, lunch etc. |
