Senior Leadership Team

The Senior Management Team is responsible for the management of all aspects of the school on a day-to-day basis, under the oversight of the School Council (Governors).

Clare Sherwood, Head, chairs the SLT.
Robert Leek is our Bursar. He is responsible for finance, administration, catering, maintenance, cleaning and grounds.
Catrin Ellis-Owen is our Head of Sixth Form.  She is responsible for the academic and pastoral oversight of Years 12 & 13. She also teaches History and Politics in the Senior Section. 
Nathan Horleston is our Deputy Head (Academic). He has responsibility for academic organisation and standards, reports, overseeing the work of the Heads of Faculties, examinations and pupil progress. He also teaches Physics and Mathematics.
Lawrence Moon is our Deputy Head (Pastoral). He is responsible for the day to day running of the Senior Section and for the House system. He also teaches modern languages.
Chris Morgan is our Acting Deputy Head (Juniors). He is responsible for the academic and pastoral oversight of the Junior Section. He also teaches Mathematics, English and RS.
Sally Walsh is our Director of Infants. She is responsible for the academic and pastoral oversight of the Nursery and Infants. She also teaches Mathematics in the Infants and Juniors.
Stuart Bailey is our Assistant Head (Safeguarding). He is the Designated Safeguarding Lead for the School. He also teaches Physics.

In addition to the SLT, other senior colleagues are:

Senior Section Housemasters, responsible for the pastoral care of pupils in this section, are: Brett George (St Dyfrig's House), Amanda Felstead (St Euddogwy's House),  Ellie Dawson (St Teilo's House).
Senior Tutors, assisting with the running of the Primary Phase are
Richard Reardon (Key Stage 1), Emma Drain (Foundation Stage).
Others responsible for aspects of pastoral care throughout the school are:
Jo Dinsmore (Deputy Child Protection Co-ordinator) and the Chaplain, the Revd Wayne David.
Adrian Cummins, the staff co-ordinator, who manages day to day arrangements and the school calendar.
