Some lucky pupils from Year 2 and 4 were centre stage on Sunday night in ITV's documentary The Genius of Dahl presented by Dahl fan and children's author, David Walliams.
Focusing on the storytelling of former Cathedral School pupil, Roald Dahl, the documentary saw current pupils recreate a scene from George's Marvellous Medicine, with David's help.
So disgusting are the original ingredients of the medicine - including engine oil, horse pills and flea powder - they were substituted for the filming, after which David read extracts from the book to the children.
It was a fantastic afternoon and everyone had lots of fun, including the grown-ups!
