Highlight of the Week

Counting down to Christmas!

Our pupils from Nursery to Year 2 have been busy performing their Christmas Nativity performances for their families. They have all worked so hard to learn their individual lines, the words for the songs and, of course, the actions! Early Years pupils presented Shine Star, Shine, the story of a big star, who must show the way to the stable where a special baby has been born. The problem is, he just can’t shine. However, all ends well when the shepherds and kings find their way to the stable.

Our Key Stage 1 pupils shared an uplifting traditional re-telling of the Christmas story with their production of Stable Story, Christmas Glory, including catchy songs and beautiful solo performances. We hope you enjoyed the Nativity plays as much as our shining stars enjoyed their moment on the stage! Thank you for supporting with your child’s costume; the pupils looked amazing. It was fantastic to see so many of you at our concerts and we know you loved them when we saw some of you come back for a second viewing!It has certainly brought a very Christmassy feel to the week
