Cross Country Races bring the term to an end

The Lent term came to an end today with the much anticipated cross country runs.

Nursery to Year 2 began proceedings this morning with the Infant Gould Cup, which saw all year groups competing on the Bishop's Field.

Later in the afternoon, Year 3 took to the field for their Cross Country Challenge.  This was closely followed by the start of the Castle Run, a more challenging course launched last year, for our elite runners. And finally, the Gould Cup and Willis Plate got underway.

What a fantastic way to end the term!  Well done to everyone for taking part in this traditional event.
