CSL's Got Talent

Our ever popular CSL’s Got Talent could not take place as normal this year, but our online format meant that more pupils than ever, and parents, could see what wonderful acts pupils could put on! Many households were treated to their own version of the favourite TV show and could indulge in their own “just for fun” ranking! Each house held heats, and finalists were decided by popular vote. We assembled a team of experts and neophytes to do the judging: Mr Hill, Mrs K Davies, Mr Morgan, Mrs Taylor-Hoare and Mrs Mahoney and Mr Leek, and they were looking above all else for entertainment value. They were not disappointed, with a fine display of classical singing, street dance, dog tricks, musical rubber balls and even a TV chef!

All finalists were excellent, and the judges chose the following as their top five acts:

• Walter T (Teilo) Joint 1st
• Grace H (Teilo) Joint 1st
• Bronwen H (Euddogwy) 3rd
• Heath W (Euddogwy) 4th
• Joseph B (Dyfrig) 5th

This meant that overall Teilo won, with Euddogwy second and Dyfrig third. Well done to everyone for an excellent end to the term. Mr Moon
