Virtual Music Department

The music department has continued to thrive during lockdown, with our 20 peripatetics teaching a large number of lessons per week.

Pupil feedback has been excellent and the music staff are excited by the positivity demonstrated by the pupils and by the way that remote teaching has proved to be highly effective. Whilst adapting to a new form of teaching has been challenging for all, the music staff seem now to be rather enjoying it! The vast majority of our pupil musicians have continued to receive their lessons online and feel that the teaching and learning experiences is very effective.
