Year 1 learn about 'Farm to Fork' initiative

Year 1 had a fabulous trip to Hendrewennol Farm this week where they learnt about the 'Farm to Fork' initiative.

They learnt how to make butter, grind flour and looked at lots of different types of equipment that would be used on a farm. They also had the opportunity to build a denand pick our own raspberries.
