A time for reflection

Classes from Year 3 to Year 9 have enjoyed a peaceful oasis in the midst of a busy school day at ‘Prayer Space’ this week. The Chapel has temporarily been transformed with lights and transparent drapes to create eight different spaces for reflective activities.

One activity involved creating a hanging collage of responses to the question “If you could ask God one question what would it be? Responses ranged from “Do you have a favourite name people call you?” to “Who am I? Why am I here? What shall I do?” Pupils enjoyed themselves so much that many chose to return to the ‘Prayer Space’ in their lunchtime for another go.
