Farewell to the John Lewis Building

Today we have said goodbye to the John Lewis building, home of the Infant School for 22 years. We celebrated this afternoon with ‘high tea' and have been reflecting on some of our fondest memories.

Already home to the Nursery, The Lodge will become the new home of Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 after half term.

We have welcomed many of our families to school this week to show them around the Lodge and give them the opportunity to see what has been in planning and construction for such a long time.  The children also visited their new classrooms this week and their faces were a picture as they wandered around, taking it all in.
