Sporting Success

The last two weeks have seen a wonderful array of sporting fixtures…football, netball and rugby sevens, with many successes to report, most notably the U15 rugby sevens team.
With victories at the Llandovery and Sherborne Sevens, the team competed in this week’s Urdd Sevens, winning a total of eleven matches (!), to be crowned Welsh National Schools’ Sevens Champions. A fantastic achievement!
Congratulations also to the U16 netball team for retaining their county title for the third year running, no mean feat, having won in Year 9 and Year 10.
