Highlight of the Week

Swimming Success

The School’s first foray into the IAPS Swimming Galas back in February brought about qualifying times for five of our pupils and last Saturday, they travelled to the Queen Elizabeth Park in Stratford to compete in the London Aquatics Centre in the national finals. 

It was a wonderful opportunity for them to compete in such an iconic venue that hosted such an incredible spectacle during the London 2012 Olympics. 

All of our swimmers did incredibly well with lots of PB's being swum and represented the School superbly. 

A huge well done to the following pupils:

Rhydian S - 3rd U10 25m Breaststroke

Will W - 11th U12 50m Breaststroke

Sam McC - 4th U13 50m Freestyle

Faye O’C - 5th U12 25m Butterfly

Ashley T - 8th U13 50m Backstroke
