Aspire To... Medicine, Veterinary and Sports Science
The final event in this year’s Aspire To… series provided an invaluable opportunity for over 150 pupils to explore careers in healthcare, veterinary medicine and sports science.
More than 30 professionals shared insights into fields including general, emergency and surgical medicine; dentistry; radiography; physiotherapy; genomics; pharmacy; speech therapy; podiatry; dietetics and veterinary medicine. We were also delighted to welcome pupils from local schools, who joined CSL pupils in gaining valuable advice and networking with industry professionals.
It was particularly inspiring to hear from several alumni who provided insightful perspectives on their career journeys. A huge thank you to Rob Davies (OL, 2003-2009), Ed Doe (OL, 2002-2007), Sara Pederson (OL, 1985-1994) and Poppy Youngs (OL, 2014-2021).
At CSL, we are committed to providing a careers programme that broadens horizons and equips pupils with the knowledge, skills and connections to shape their future. The Aspire To… series is a key part of this.
