Getting to know each other

CSL’s new Year 7’s enjoyed a fantastic Bonding Weekend opportunity at Manor Adventure, in Powys the weekend before term started. 

Taking advantage of the late summer weather, they engaged in activities such as crate-stacking, paddleboarding, archery, zip wire and raft-building, as well as a very loud and boisterous disco on the Saturday night! Our newest pupils took up the challenge of communicating, cooperating, and working with each other - some of whom are very new to CSL, having come from primary schools other than our own Juniors - with real enthusiasm and excitement!

Many thanks to HMs, Mrs Felstead, Mr George, Miss Lewis and Mr Drennan, and Year 7 form tutors Mr Gore and Mrs Jones, for their support and encouragement of the pupils while we were away! Mr Dury.
