Six Cathedral School students have been offered Oxbridge places across a wide range of subjects.
The three students who have received offers from Oxford will read Spanish and French and German and Russian. Those who applied to Cambridge will read Natural Sciences, Mathematics and Architecture.
Mr Stephen Morris, Headmaster said: “We are absolutely delighted that our students have received such excellent offers. This news builds on the outstanding results our first A level cohort achieved in August. This is a wonderful achievement for a sixth form that is still in its infancy and I am very proud of the students and the Cathedral School staff.
“Our bespoke sixth form, underpinned by a programme of specialist support, has provided the very best advice, guidance and support for all of our students across the full range of subjects we offer. They have drawn upon practice at other more established schools, not least those within the Woodard family.
“We wish our sixth formers every success in the coming months as they prepare for their A level examinations.”
