Prayer Space returned to the Chapel for four days this week amid a buzz of excitement from both Senior and Junior pupils.
506 pupils from Years 2 to 10 spent their RS lesson in the Prayer Space. Nine sensory and interactive reflective activities provided an oasis of calm and 'head space' for busy pupils. There were opportunities to reflect and pray by writing in sand, water colouring, floating origami, watching sensory lights, sitting in a migrants’ tent and listening to their story on headphones. A huge hanging mobile was created with 500 Big Questions (If you could ask God one question what would it be?)
Many pupils chose to return in their own lunch hour to spend some more time enjoying Prayer Space.
