Highlight of the Week

A wonderful day at the Choir Schools Association Day

This week, a selection of the Choral Scholars and Boy Choristers were invited to take part in the annual Choir Schools Association Day where choristers from all over the South of England and Wales come together to sing Choral Evensong and participate in netball and football competitions. This year the event was held in Salisbury Cathedral and Salisbury Cathedral School.

The choristers and staff had a fantastic day. The weather was absolutely beautiful and the fellowship with other choristers was great too.

Our girl and boy choristers represented our school well with the girls coming fourth in the netball and the boys finishing in third place.

The day culminated in a wonderful Choral Evensong in Salisbury Cathedral where around 150 boy and girl choristers sang praises to Almighty God in this magnificent building.
