With Pancake Day taking place in half term this year, we decided to celebrate a little earlier and were lucky to be joined by three Cardiff Blues players.
Getting into the spirit of the event, Cardiff Blues, Josh Navidi, Adam Jones and Matthew Rees were challenged to a pancake flipping competition, with victory going to Josh!
The pupils also raced against the clock to flip as many pancakes as they could in a minute, before having the opportunity to meet the players and get their autographs and enjoy some pancakes.
Organised by the Friends of the Cathedral School and CPS Homes, Sales and Lettings, the event raised money for the new Junior playground at the school and for the charities being supported by the Sixth Form Interact group, including Llamau and The Brain Tumour Trust.
