Girl Choristers mark week of prayer for Christian Unity

On Sunday 20^th January, the Girl Choristers made their annual visit to St Teilo's RC Church in Whitchurch to mark the week of prayer for Christian Unity. This year was extra special, as this was the first official service for our new probationers.

A large congregation gathered to hear the choir sing music by James Macmillan, Durufle and Haydn. The mass was celebrated by the Archbishop of Cardiff, the Most Reverend George Stack. A very special moment took place at the end of the Mass when our new probationers were given a special blessing by the Archbishop to mark the beginning of the probationer year.
