Primary Sports Festivals

We recently had the pleasure of hosting two fantastic sports festivals, strengthening our partnerships with local schools through sport.

Our U10 and U11 Football Festival saw pupils from CSL, Ysgol Melin Gruffydd, Whitchurch Primary, Howardian Primary and Roath Park Primary compete across friendly fixtures. It was an afternoon filled with impressive efforts from all players, showcasing their defence, attack and sportsmanship while forming new connections with other pupils.

We then welcomed Llandaff City CIW Primary, Rhiwbeina Primary, Lakeside Primary and Christ the King Catholic Primary for our U10 Primary Netball Festival. It was a joy to see teams displaying excellent shooting, movement and team spirit, all set against a sunny and vibrant atmosphere in both our sports hall and outdoor MUGA.

Both events were wonderful examples of how sport brings our community together, and we look forward to continuing these meaningful partnerships in the future.
