Year 7 head to Powys for team building weekend

Last weekend, saw the first of the outward-bound activities get underway, with the eagerly anticipated Year 7 bonding weekend to Powys.

With promising weather and a fantastic location, the pupils were split into groups and whisked away to the start the team building activities.

With the aim of promoting teamwork and an opportunity for those pupils new to the school to get to know current students, the weekend was certainly fun packed with challenging tasks from raft building (where everyone got wet) to obstacle courses and abseiling.

The pupils thoroughly enjoyed the weekend and plenty of personal achievements were gained!
