An Evening of Netball for 2wish

It was wonderful to see our school community come together last week for our annual charity netball event.
Old Llandavians, staff, Sixth Form students and 2wish took to the court in fun and friendly matches in support of 2wish, a charity close to CSL’s heart. Full of encouragement and good humour, players and supporters enjoyed the opportunity to catch up and cheer each other on, highlighting the warmth of our OL and wider school community.
At the event, Rhian Mannings, CEO and Founder of 2wish said: “It’s absolutely amazing to be here today and it brings back so many memories of my time teaching at CSL. I’m so grateful to the whole school and the Sports department for the continued support they show to 2wish. Thank you to everyone for supporting and donating and it’s lovely to be back at The Cathedral School again.”
Hannah Harries, Assistant Director of Sport added: “It was fantastic to see so many people coming together to play some exciting netball on Friday evening. I was so impressed by the standard of netball on show by everyone who came along, and most importantly, everyone enjoyed the event and played with a smile!”
