Choral Scholars ‘Made Up'

The Choral Scholars returned to the Cathedral on Thursday just after their Christmas break. There was a new look to them, however, since three girls: Ellie H, Maral Al-S and May-Ling S were 'made up' to become Full Choral Scholars in the choir. This is in recognition of the hard work, excellent singing and tremendous progress that they have made throughout the past year. Canon Holcombe presented the girls with new surplices which they are now entitled to wear in all future services. They can now progress to take their bronze, silver and gold awards.
