For the first time, some of our Junior pupils participated in the Unison Singing competition for learners at the national Eisteddfod yr Urdd - one of the largest youth festivals in Europe.

Two groups proudly represented the school in the preliminary rounds, each performing a Welsh-language song with enthusiasm and skill. One group went on to reach the finals held at Margam Park over the half-term break. Performing on a large stage to a full arena, they sang with confidence, joy and superb musicality, earning a well-deserved 2nd place and taking home a silver medal.

Da iawn to all the pupils involved - they represented the school with distinction and we are enormously proud of their achievement.
