Diligent Dental Hygiene

After coming across a letter in the British Dental Journal (BDJ) that described how oral hygiene is essential to stay safe during the pandemic, Nia B (Year 12) was inspired to create a children’s poster with a prevention message aimed at children.

Nia refelcted on how, during a stressful time such as the lockdown, it can be easy for people to forget to keep their teeth and mouth clean. She is delighted that it is now being displayed at the University Dental Hospital, Cardiff and has been shared with community dental clinics across Wales. Well done, Nia.
