Welsh Independent School of the Year 2025

The Cathedral School, Llandaff has been named in The Sunday Times Parent Power Guide 2025 as the Welsh Independent School of the Year. 

Head of The Cathedral School, Clare Sherwood said: “We are thrilled to have been awarded this accreditation for the second year running.

“Our parents know that excellence becomes a habit at The Cathedral School. Pupils here demonstrate exceptional commitment to music, to drama, to art, to sport and in the academic field. That we have achieved this outstanding accolade twice in two years highlights our inspirational teaching and the hard work of our wonderful young people.”
