Animal Zone Visits Year 1

To support their Carnival of the Animals topic, Year 1 had an exciting visit from Animal Zone, where they met a variety of fascinating animals up close.

The pupils learned interesting facts about each animal, discussed how to care for them responsibly and asked lots of thoughtful questions. There were plenty of smiles (and a few brave moments) as pupils handled some of the animals and deepened their understanding of the natural world. A huge thank you to Animal Zone for a wonderful hands-on learning experience.
