Aspire To...A Career in Real Estate & Law
At CSL, we are proud of the many students who have gone on to succeed in a wide range of careers, and we are grateful to the parents, Old Llandavians and partners who continue to support and inspire them.
Since launching our Aspire To... series nearly three years ago, we have welcomed more than 180 professionals who have offered guidance to over 800 students from CSL and schools across Cardiff. These sector-focused events have covered areas such as Law, Real Estate, STEM, Finance, Creative Arts, Healthcare, Entrepreneurship and Media and Communications. On Wednesday evening, we hosted the first of three events planned for this year, revisiting the field of Real Estate and Law.
We were delighted to welcome 20 professionals spanning corporate law, legal practice, compliance, police investigation, litigation, property, construction, architecture, surveying, investment, civil, family and criminal law, and banking regulation. Students heard about their career paths, asked questions and gained practical insight into building a future in these varied sectors. It was also a pleasure to welcome Old Llandavians Megan Cronk, Max Wood, Atharva Argade-Miskin, Russell Bailey and Sam Honey, who shared their early-career experiences with younger students. We wish them all the very best as their journeys continue.
Student feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, with many leaving the event inspired and full of ideas. Our next Aspire To... events will take place in the Lent term and will focus on STEM, Business and Finance.
