Cathedral School Netballers Score a hat-trick!

What an exciting week of netball this week has been! The U14s played outstandingly at the County Final, winning every game by some margin. In the words of a very excited Mrs Giannotti, who coached the team on the day: "Our girls played some of the most outstanding netball I've seen this season". The girls set off to the County Final feeling confident after four girls in the A team were selected to train with the Welsh HUB- A satellite for the Welsh netball team.

The U12s also finished as runners up at the County Final, after qualifying in a tough game against Cardiff High the previous week. This was a fantastic achievement which went some way to make up for missing out on a place in IAPS national final by two points last Friday! Miss Lowe said "I cannot believe what the girls have achieved in the last week.... it's their reward for a season of hard work".

The U11s then continued the winning streak by coming runners up at the Cardiff East Netball Tournament and qualifying for the Cardiff and Vale Final in April.

What a week! Well done, girls!
