Senior Leadership Team
The Senior Leadership Team is responsible for the management of all aspects of the school on a day-to-day basis, under the oversight of the School Council (Governors).
| Clare Sherwood, Head, chairs the SLT. |
| Robert Leek is our Bursar. He is responsible for finance, administration, catering, maintenance, cleaning and grounds. |
| Stuart Bailey is our Deputy Head (Wellbeing). He is the Designated Safeguarding Person with particular responsibility for child protection and safeguarding in the Senior Section, pupil wellbeing and overseeing the work of the pastoral team. He also teaches Physics. |
| Catrin Ellis-Owen is our Deputy Head (Teaching & Learning). She has particular responsibilityfor delivery of teaching and learning, reporting and pupil progress. She also teaches History and Politics in the Senior Section. |
| Lawrence Moon is our Deputy Head (Curriculum & Operations). He has particular responsibility for the day to day running of the School, the curriculum and the timetable. He also teaches Spanish. |
| Sally Walsh is our Head of Primary. She is responsible for the academic and pastoral oversight of the Primary Section. She also teaches Mathematics, Science and RS. |
| Chris Morgan is our Assistant Head (KS2). He is responsible for the operation and management of the KS2 academic and pastoral curriculum and the School's partnership work. He also teaches Mathematics. |
| Karen Price is our Assistant Head (EYFS & KS1). She is responsible for the operation and management of the EYFS and KS1 academic and pastoral curriculum, and is the Designated Safeguarding Person with particular responsibility for child protection and safeguarding in the Primary Section. She teaches Mathematics. |
In addition to the SLT, other senior colleagues are:
| Senior Section Heads of House responsible for the pastoral care of pupils in this section, are: Brett George (St Dyfrig's House), Sarah Wheeler (St Euddogwy's House), Scott Drennan & Jessica Lewis (St Teilo's House). |
| The Revd Gareth Rayner-Williams, Chaplain is responsible for aspects of pastoral care throughout the school. |
| Adrian Cummins, the Staff Co-ordinator, who manages day to day arrangements and the school calendar. |
