Year 2's Castle Adventure

Year 2 had a wonderful time on their trip to Chepstow Castle.
Everyone enjoyed exploring the grounds, learning about the history of the castle and spending time drawing detailed pictures. They counted the battlements and imagined castle life long ago...
The pupils will follow this up in their literacy lessons, using time connectives to write chronological recounts of the trip. What a fabulous finish to their Dungeons and Dragons topic!
